Using a psychodynamic foundation, I can help you uncover patterns, navigate struggles, and gain insight into the underlying emotions that shape your experiences. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques to foster self-awareness and resilience. Together, we will work toward understanding what may be holding you back—whether it's unprocessed emotions, past experiences, or patterns that no longer serve you.
